Light to moderate rains in MM, Luzon Friday

MANILA—The northeast monsoon affecting Luzon would bring light to moderate rains Friday.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Isabela, Quezon and Rizal provinces would experience light to moderate rains.

Light rain showers are also expected over the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley and the rest of Luzon.

Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 22-28 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 14-22 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-31, and Metro Davao 25-34 degrees Celsius.
