Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana ordered all plebes of the Philippine Military Academy to undergo physical examination. Following the death of 4th-class cadet Darwin Dormitorio and other reports of hazing and maltreatment within the academy, Lorenzana stated that the wellbeing of the cadets must be ensured. Lorenzana adds that there are no fraternities at the PMA.
