LTFRB issues 855 special permits to buses for ‘Undas’

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) have made necessary preparations in anticipation of the influx of motorists and travelers for the upcoming All Saints’ Day celebration across the country. The government’s land transportation arm has issued permits to over 800 buses to ensure sufficient transportation services for commuters. Said permits shall take effect from October 30 to November 3, 2019. The office has also established help desks in various bus terminals. The MIAA, for its part, has guaranteed the welfare of air travelers with their personnel guided by the Air Passenger Bill of Rights. It has also warned airlines to be mindful of directives for the safety of the passengers.
