LTFRB opens Davao to Metro Manila trips

Trips from Davao to Metro Manila are now available under the continuous opening of inter-regional routes by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).

According to LTFRB Chairman Martin Delgra, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte has permitted the opening of Davao City to bus passengers bound for Metro Manila. Aside from Davao, the trip from Metro Manila to Mabalacat, Pampanga is now open.

The LTFRB has added that 12 provincial bus routes have been allowed to operate in Regions 3 and 4A that includes San Fernando, Pampanga – Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, Batangas City, Batangas – Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITx), Lemery, Batangas – PITx ,Lipa City, Batangas – PITx, Nasugbu, Batangas – PITx, Indang, Cavite – PITx, Mendez, Cavite – PITx, Tagaytay City, Cavite – PITx, Ternate, Cavite – PITx, Calamba City, Laguna – PITx, Siniloan, Laguna – PITx, Sta. Cruz, Laguna – PITx. The agency has assured that they will consistently coordinate with the local government units (LGUs) to add more provincial routes.
