Malacañang condemns US move against Philippine officials

Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo criticizes a United States (US) senate panel in giving a thumbs up on a law that bars Philippine government officials involved in jailing Senator Leila de Lima to enter the US. He calls the legislation as an attempt to meddle in the country’s legal processes. He also labels the same as an insult to the capacity of the Philippine authorities.
