A big delegation of capitalists will be joining Pres. Rodrigo Duterte in his upcoming trip to Russia. Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez states that some 150 Filipino tycoons will be flying to Moscow for business deals with their Russian counterparts. Aside from business to business agreements, government deals are also set to take place during the Chief Executive’s trip to Russia.
