Mandaluyong CPS conducts simulation exercise on suicide bombing incident

The Mandaluyong CPS under the leadership of PCOL Moises O. Villaceran Jr., Chief of Police conducted Simulation Exercises this morning August 1,2019 held within the vicinity of Executive Building Maysilo Circle, Mandaluyong City.

The bombing incident starts with an explosion at about 6:32 AM. Some of the bystanders were injured, First responders arrived at the scene and cordon the area after few minutes EOD arrived to conduct panelling, and established command post. coordinated with SWAT, SOCO and BFP, TMR After few minutes Second Explosion happened at 6:47 AM. 2 Police Officers were injured and 1 with black tag. after the permission of EOD, the Emergency Team render medical assistance to the injured person. Mandaluyong CPS Incident commander ordered to conduct dragnet operations to apprehend the fleeing suspect and it was arrested by TMR. Also SOCO Team and IOC conduct panelling afterwhich the building was turn over to Security Officer and safety administrator.

This activity aims to strengthen the capability of personnel in responding to chaotic circumstances that may arise such as Bombing incident.
