Maynilad offers desludging services this August 2025

West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) is offering septic tank cleaning services to its residential and semi-business customers this August in select parts of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Malabon, Manila, Parañaque, Pasay, Quezon City, Valenzuela, and Cavite Province at no extra cost.

Maynilad’s sanitation program is one of the company’s efforts to lessen pollution loading into Metro Manila’s river systems.

“We ask our customers to avail of this service, as it will help to protect community health and the environment,” Maynilad Chief Operating Officer Randolph Estrellado said.

Customers residing in Barangays 1, 4 to 18, 25 to 28, 30 to 46, 49 to 79, 167, 171, 172, 174 to 176, 180, 185, 187, and 188 in Caloocan; Brgys. Talon I, Talon III, Talon IV, Talon V, and Zapote in Las Piñas; Brgys. Concepcion, Dampalit, Flores, Hulong Duhat, Ibaba, Longos, Muzon, San Agustin, and Tañong in Malabon; Brgys. Malate, Paco, San Miguel, Sta. Cruz, Sta. Mesa, and Tondo in Manila; Brgys. San Jose, San Rafael, San Roque, and Sta. Clara in Pasay; Brgys. Merville, San Antonio, San Dionisio, San Isidro, Sto. Niño, and Sucat in Parañaque; Brgys. Apolonio Samson, Balingasa, Bungad, Damar, Damayan, Del Monte, Don Manuel, Doña Aurora, Doña Josefa, Katipunan, Maharlika, Mariblo, NS Amoranto, Pagibig sa Nayon, Paltok, Paraiso, Sienna, and Talayan in Quezon City; and Brgys. Canumay East, Isla, Karuhatan, Malanday, Palasan, Rincon, Tagalag, and Wawang Pulo in Valenzuela may avail of Maynilad’s desludging service.

Moreover, some Maynilad customers in Cavite Province, particularly Brgys. Mambog I, Molino I, Molino III, Molino IV, Molino VI, Molino VII, Niog II, Niog III, Queens Row Central, and Queens Row East in Bacoor City; Brgys. Balsahan, Binakayan, Magdalo, Marulas, Panamitan, Poblacion, Pulvorista, Samala-Marquez, Sta. Isabela, Tabon II, Toclong, Tramo-Bantayan, and Wakas II in Kawit; Brgys. Anabu I-E, Anabu I-F, Anabu II-A, Anabu II-B, Anabu II-C, Anabu II-D, Anabu II-E, Bucandala II, Bucandala III, Bucandala V, Malagasang I-G, Malagasang II-D, Molino V, and Palico I in Imus City; Brgys. Magdiwang, Putol, Salcedo I, Salcedo II, San Antonio II, San Jose II, San Juan II, San Rafael II, San Rafael III, San Rafael IV, and Sta. Rosa I in Noveleta; and Brgys. Kaunlaran, Muzon II, Silangan I, and Silangan II in Rosario may avail of the company’s septic tank cleaning services at no extra cost.

Septic tank cleaning service normally costs around P4,700 per truck.

Ana), Quezon City (west of San Juan River, West Avenue, EDSA, Congressional, Mindanao Avenue, the northern part starting from the Districts of Holy Spirit and Batasan Hills), Makati (west of South Super Highway), Caloocan, Pasay, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Valenzuela, Navotas, and Malabon, all in Metro Manila; and the cities of Cavite, Bacoor, and Imus, and the municipalities of Kawit, Noveleta, and Rosario, all in the province of Cavite.
