MECQ work arrangement sa mga korte, inilabas na

Naglabas ngayong araw ang Korte Suprema ng work arrangement para sa mga korte kaugnay ng extension ng modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) sa ilang lugar sa bansa.

Batay sa Administrative Circular No. 29-2021, mananatiling sarado ang mga first at second level courts, maging ang appellate collegiate courts, sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim pa rin ng MECQ hanggang May 14.

Suspendido rin muna ang paghahain ng pleadings at motions sa mga korteng sakop ng MECQ o ECQ. Ang mga hukuman ay inatasan ding bumuo ng skeletal workforce.

May direktiba rin sa mga huwes na magsagawa ng remote video conferencing na hindi na kinakailangan ang pahintulot ng court administrator, upang maiwasan ang pagkaantala ng mga pagdinig.
