Metro Manila ready for alert level system implementation

By Pearl Gumapos

Metro Manila Council (MMC) chairman Edwin Olivarez on Wednesday (Sept. 15) said Metro Manila is ready for the implementation of the new COVID-19-related alert level system.

Ang NCR ay nasa Alert Level 4,” Olivarez said during the Laging Handa public briefing.

The three Cs are closed or indoor places, crowded spaces, and close contacts.

According to Olivarez, dine-in restaurants may still open within the new alert level system.

Meanwhile, Olivarez said the national government will help distribute food packs for areas under granular lockdown,

However, there will be no financial assistance.

Wala pong financial assistance.” – jlo
