MMDA suspends number coding on May 3

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced the implementation of the number coding scheme will be suspended on Tuesday, May 3, in celebration of Eid’l Fitr.

The number coding will be suspended from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. All vehicles with plate numbers ending in 3 and 4 are allowed to travel in Metro Manila within the coding hours. 

MMDA reminded the public to plan their travels ahead of time and be safe on the road.

Eid’l Fitr is celebrated every year by the Muslims around the world to commemorate the end of fasting of Ramadan.  –ag
