NBI suspends processing of clearance until August 18

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has temporarily suspended the processing of clearances in all areas under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine until August 18. The NBI has reminded the public to avoid going to their satellite offices in areas under MECQ.

Meanwhile, the Department of Justice (DOJ) returns to work-from-home arrangement following the imposition of the MECQ. However, the department will implement a skeleton workforce in its main office while prosecutions will continue through teleconferencing. Filing of complaints and affidavit is also available online.
