Authorities have seized more or less 230 boxes of unauthorized Chinese medicines and other medical supplies allegedly used as treatment for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The anti-criminality operation was launched following a report of the illegal activity at the Diamond Bay Tower which is currently under construction.

The said clinic has no business permit from the city health office. The owner of the clinic is still being investigated by the NCRPO.
