NCRPO to investigate possible connection of the murder of 3 BuCor officials with the GCTA

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) will probe the possible connection of the murder of Ruperto Traya, Rommel Reyes, and Angelita Peralta, all Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) officials, who were killed in separate incidents . Although the slayings were initially attributed to illegal drugs, the NCRPO sees a potential link to the the Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law controversy.
