Ex-BuCor OIC Ragos reveals “money-making schemes” in the NBP

The Senate investigation on the controversial Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law has yielded new testimonies from witnesses including former Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Rafael Ragos. The names of Sen. Leila de Lima and Ronnie Dayan surfaced who were among the individuals involved in the “money-making transactions” done in the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
