NCRPO will ensure security amid promulgation of Maguindanao massacre verdict

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is ready to ice the security of Metro Manila following the upcoming release of the judgment on the controversial Maguindanao massacre case. The police unit will deploy 120 police officers in the vicinity of Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City where said verdict will be publicly announced. The crowd disturbance management unit is also on the watch for any adversities as the protests are conducted. On December 19, 2019, Judge Jocelyn Solis-Reyes is expected to issue to the verdict on the suit.
