NCR’s ‘ayuda’ distribution is 97.92% done

The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) reported that the National Capital Region’s (NCR) completion rate for the “ayuda” distribution is at 97.92%.

In President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s Talk to the People aired on Wednesday (Sep. 8), DILG Sec. Eduardo Año said 11,022,633 beneficiaries in Metro Manila received their financial assistance.

Of the total allocation of ₱11,256,348,000, the amount distributed in the region was ₱11,022,633,000.

“So, sa atin pong updates ng ayuda sa National Capital Region, makikita po natin na naka 97.92% na po tayo at 11 million beneficiaries po ang nakatanggap ng ayuda,” Año said.

He also announced that 12 local government units have finished their “ayuda” distribution.

Meanwhile, the completion rate of Laguna is at 81.64% where 2,216,587 residents received financial assistance.

Moreover, Bataan’s completion rate for the “ayuda” distribution is at 32.37% where 226,055 residents were given financial aid. – bny
