NDRRMC raised blue alert on typhoon Tisoy landfall

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has implemented its blue alert following the upcoming landfall of typhoon Tisoy. The typhoon is expected to cause heavy rainfall in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Bicol Region, and some parts of Mimaropa. The NDRRMC tapped local governments to gear toward preemptive evacuation in flood- and landslide-prone areas.
