No confirmation yet on PRRD’s attendance at PDP-UniTeam rally

Malacañang said it is not yet confirmed if President Rodrigo Duterte will attend the joint rally of the Partido Demokratikong Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) faction led by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi and UniTeam.

In a briefing on Wednesday, April 27, Acting Presidential Spokesperson Martin Andanar said there is an invitation for the event of the PDP-Laban and the alliance of presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos and vice presidential bet Sara Duterte-Carpio.

“Mayroon pong imbitasyon, pero wala pa pong venue at petsa,” he said.

“Hindi ako nakakatiyak kung siya’y dadalo. Pero mamaya magkasama kami, I’ll try to ask him,” he added.

It was earlier reported that the rally may take place in Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, or Parañaque. – gb
