Nograles: List of fugitives must be finalized at the soonest time

The list of heinous crime convicts released under the Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law who have not yet surrendered to the government ought to be finalized as soon as possible before giving the go signal for the Philippine National Police to proceed with the warrantless arrest of the felons. The amount of funds that will be allotted to the bounty for the arrest of said fugitives will be based on said roster. The President earlier set a PhP1 million reward for tipsters on the whereabouts of the criminals on the loose.
