Northeast monsoon affecting Luzon, Visayas Thursday

MANILA — The country will experience generally fair weather on Thursday as the northeast monsoon is affecting Luzon and the Visayas.

In its 7 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila, Visayas and the rest of Luzon will be cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers brought about by localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-30 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 22-28 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 14-24 degrees Celsius; Angeles City 23-30 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 20-27 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-30 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 25-33 degrees Celsius.
