OCTA: Metro Manila COVID-19 positivity rate further dips

The seven-day COVID-19 positivity rate in Metro Manila further dipped to 17.3%, the OCTA Research Group reported Wednesday, Oct. 12.

“NCR 7-day positivity rate drops further to 17.3% as of Oct. 10, from 19% on Oct. 3,” OCTA Research Group fellow Dr. Guido David said.

David said Metro Manila’s one week growth rate is at -16%, while its healthcare utilization rate is at 37%.

“Let’s hope the downward trend continues the rest of the year,” he added. -ag
