Oil firms raise pump prices Feb. 27 after 2 rollbacks

MANILA — After two consecutive weeks of pump prices rollback, oil firms in the Philippines will implement price hike effective 6 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27.

The hike reflects the movement in the international market, the oil firms explained.

Petron, Shell, Flying V, and SEAOIL will raise pump prices by PHP0.65/liter for gasoline, PHP0.85/liter for diesel, and PHP1.15/liter for kerosene.

PTT Philippines and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines have announced a price increase of PHP0.65/liter for gasoline and PHP0.85/liter for diesel.

Eastern Petroleum will increase the prices of unleaded and premium gasoline by PHP0.65 per liter, and diesel by PHP0.85/liter. (Ma. Cristina Arayata/PNA)
