Over PhP 3M worth of illegal drugs seized in Metro Manila

Authorities seized more than PhP 3 million worth of illegal drugs in Metro Manila.

In an operation in Navotas City, 135 grams of shabu worth PhP 918,000 have been initially confiscated from a drug pusher and user who are in the Navotas Police Drugs Watchlist.

In a separate operation in Manila, operatives intercepted 350 grams of crystal meth worth more than P2.3 million. The contraband was confiscated from 3 suspects, 2 of whom have already gone to jail due to illegal drugs.

The suspects will face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
