Placido, a newly-identified drug personality, also yielded 12 sachets of shabu, including the buy-bust item, with an estimated value of PHP220,000.

Policemen seized other items from him, including the PHP500 marked money, PHP3,000 cash, a cellular phone, among others.

On September 18, the Silay City Police apprehended Anthony Barbella, 35, in a buy-bust at Bangga Patyo, Barangay 4, and seized PHP320,000 worth of shabu.
