P175-K halaga ng iligal na droga, nasamsam sa Davao City

Nasamsam ang aabot sa P175,000 na halaga ng iligal na droga sa inilunsad na operasyon ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 11 (PDEA 11) at National Bureau of Investigation 11 (NBI 11) sa isang drug den sa Barangay Mintal, Biyernes ng tanghali.

Sa report ng PDEA 11, target ng operasyon ang suspek na kinilalang si Marlou Tano na residente ng Purok 4, Sitio Basak sa nasabing barangay. 

Inaresto and suspek matapos bentahan ang operatiba ng isang sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na isang gramo na tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng P10,000.

Nang halughugin ng mga operatiba ang kaniyang bahay, nakuha ang dalawang malalaking sachet ng pinaniniwalaang shabu na may timbang na 11 na gramo na nagkakahalaga ng P165,000, kasama ang mga paraphernalia at iba pang kagamitan sa iligal na transaksiyon.

Arestado rin ang tatlong parokyano na naaktuhang bumabatak ng droga habang isinasagawa ang operasyon.

Kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang isasampa ng awtoridad laban sa nahuling suspek at parokyano na naaktuhan. (Radyo Pilipinas)
