Pacquiao votes in Sarangani

Presidential candidate and Senator Manny Pacquiao arrived Monday morning at the Kiamba Central SPED Center to cast his vote for the May 9 national and local elections.

Pacquiao voted for around 10 minutes and returned to his house in General Santos City to wait for the election results.

“Kumpiyansa tayo dahil unang-una, katulad ng sinabi ko sa mahihirap, wag kayo mag-alala, wag kayo mabahala kasi itong ABC class maiingay sa social media at yung survey lagi silang nangunguna,” he said.

“Pero 2,400 lang yung katao na tinanong nila tapos sabihin na sila ang nangunguna, samantalang napakaraming mahihirap na hindi natanong so kung titingnan mo, mind conditioning ‘yan,” he added.

It was past 12:00 p.m. when his runningmate, Buhay Partylist Rep. Lito Atienza voted at the Rafael Palma School in Manila. – Report from Ryan Lesigues/AG
