Palace welcomes “excellent” rating of Duterte Admin in SWS Q4 2019 survey

Malacañang is pleased with the “excellent” net satisfaction rating of the Duterte administration in the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey results released this week.

“Excellent! That’s my reaction, which is consistent with how the people received the President and this administration. He has been very transparent, he has been very decisive. He has only one thought in mind: Provide (a) comfortable life for every citizen of this country, and create an atmosphere of peace and progress in the country,” Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said.

Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Sec. Martin Andanar added that the results prove that the policies and reforms of the government are felt by the public.

“This is an evident testament to the Duterte Administration’s policies and reforms that no one will be left behind in the continuous growth and progress of the Philippines,” Andanar said.

On the fourth quarter survey conducted nationwide last December 13 to 16, 81 percent of the 1,200 adult respondents said they are satisfied with the current administration.
Meanwhile, seven percent expressed dissatisfaction, and 12 percent said they are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

Based on the survey results, the net satisfaction rating of the current administration has reached +73 which is considered “excellent” by the SWS. – Report from Mela Lesmoras
