Partly cloudy to cloudy skies to prevail over Luzon, Visayas

MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will continue to prevail over Luzon and Visayas due to the northeast monsoon affecting these islands, the weather bureau said on Sunday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that Mindanao will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow over northern and central Luzon.

Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
