With the government’s various initiatives across the country benefiting more Filipinos, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s satisfaction ratings experienced an uptick in the recent survey conducted by the Social Weather Stations (SWS).

This, as the SWS survey noted, 46% of respondents were satisfied with the President’s performance, with 19% undecided, and 36% dissatisfied with the Chief Executive’s duty as the country’s top government official.

These results showcase a significant increase compared to April 2025, with gross satisfaction rising from 38% and gross dissatisfaction dropping from 48%.

The noticeable rise in Marcos’ satisfaction rating is reflected across all areas, with both men and women from rural and urban areas in Mindanao, Balance Luzon, Visayas, and Metro Manila.

All educational groups likewise contributed to the rise in the President’s satisfaction ratings, from those who either had no formal education or some elementary education to college graduates or those who took post-graduate courses.

The Second Quarter 2025 Social Weather Survey was conducted from June 25-29 on 1,200 adults using face-to-face interviews, with sampling error margins of ±3% for national percentages and ±6% each for Metro Manila, Balance Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
