PH tourist spots top international travel mag list

The Island of Boracay has regained its glory as international travel magazine Conde Nast Traveller 2019 placed the white-sand haven on the top spot of its list of the most beautiful islands in Asia. Trailing behind at second place is Cebu while Palawan placed fourth. Penang, Malaysia is at third while Bali, Indonesia is at fifth. Boracay was first hailed the best island in 2016 and 2017. It fell a notch lower at second in 2018 during its rehabilitation. This serves to affirm the government’s resolve to restore Boracay’s pristine beauty and glory as the finest island of the Philippines and the Orient.
