PhilHealth released new premium rates for UHCL

The Philippine Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) has issued a circular pertaining to its increased premium rates in keeping with the Universal Health Care Law (UHCL). The addition amounts to 0.25% of the existing premium and takes effect next year, 2020. The addendum, said the agency, is contemplated to provide medical services to every Filipino, in compliance with the UHCL. The premium plus, on the brighter side, results in some privileges for the policyholders.
