PHISCOG informs about eight-month preps for SEA Games

The Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee (PHISGOC) calls on the public to support remain upbeat on the Philippines’s hosting of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games and abhor the spread of fake news. The PHISGOC informs that the budget for said auspices was approved only in April 2019, leaving them with eight months preparation period. In the face of said condensed span of time, it states that all the 56 sports events have respective venues. Further, it guarantees that all of its caterers are Halal certified. Moreover, the committee mentions that it has contingency plans in event of heavy rainfall on open sports venues such as those of football, cycling, and tract and field.
