PHP1,500 addendum to Metro Manila maidservants at the brink of implementation

The PHP1,500 salary plus for maids situated in Metro Manila has been approved by the Regional Tripartite Wage Board, making the PHP3,500 minimum pay of said individuals step up to PHP5,000. Only the National Wages Productivity Commission’s approval on the matter is lacking to enforce the compensation addition.
