PNP Chaplain Service personnel tests positive with COVID-19

A personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Chaplain Service has tested positive with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

According to PNP General Hospital (PNPGH) Point Person, Police Major Duds Santos he has no travel history but has interacted with two foreigners from Europe.

His condition has been critical in the past few days but is currently recovering at the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig.

The PNP Health Service is now closely watching 615 PNP personnel considered as Persons under Monitoring (PUM), and 45 police officers who are considered as Persons under Investigation (PUI). – Report from Bea Bernardo
