The Philippine National Police Internal Affairs Service (PNP-IAS) is now investigating the sexual assault complaint filed by former Ozamiz Vice Mayor Nova Princess Parojinog against PNP custodial unit chief PLtCol. Jigger Noceda.
PNP-IAS Director Atty. Alfegar Triambulo said they have already conducted the pre-charge investigation on the case of the police personnel. The statement of Parojinog has already been gathered. She earlier appealed for the filing of an administrative case against Noceda
Noceda is currently facing charges for attempted rape, act of lasciviousness, unjust vexation, and violation of Safe Spaces Act. He is also facing an administrative charge for assaulting an inmate in Cavite last 2015.
