PNP official in Laguna chopper crash passes away

Philippine National Police (PNP) Spokesperson Police Colonel Ysmael Yu has confirmed that Police Major General Jovic Ramos, one of the officials who figured in the helicopter crash in Laguna in March, has passed away early Tuesday.

Since March P/Maj. Gen. Ramos has been in comatose after being seriously injured due to the incident.

The PNP has extended its sympathies to the family of P/Maj. Gen. Ramos and the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Sinagtala Class of 1986.
