PNP prepares for a safe Holy Week

The Philippine National Police (PNP) is setting security measures in place for the Holy Week in April.

PNP-NCRPO Chief Major General Debold Sinas and the Catholic Church, along with the help of police officials in the Philippines, have discussed the security plan of assigning cops nationwide within the vicinity of churches and chapels during Sunday masses.

Another meeting between the PNP and the Church has been set to ensure security for devotees on the approaching Holy Week.
