Police nabs 4 Chinese nationals due to illegal drugs in Malate

The police has arrested four Chinese nationals in a buy bust operation in Malate, Manila Saturday.

The operation’s target was Zilong Wang or “Chekwa.” He was arrested together with Yang Xiaofei, Yang Kun, and Hao Ming Zu.

45 grams of suspected shabu in a small sachet worth PhP 306,000 were found in the possession of the suspects. They will be charged in accordance with Section 5 (Selling illegal drugs) and 11 (Possession of illegal drugs) of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Meanwhile, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Police Major General Debold Sinas disclosed that numerous illegal drugs suspects have been arrested during the enhanced community quarantine and have confiscated 25.2 kilos of shabu. – Report from Patrick De Jesus
