President Duterte condoles with victims of typhoon Hagibis in Japan

Pres. Rodrigo Duterte has sent his sympathies for the individuals who died amid the devastation of Typhoon Hagibis in Japan. Malacañang assures the public that the Philippine embassy in Tokyo is monitoring closely the status of Filipinos in areas affected by the tropical cyclone. The Palace has also urged the Department of Foreign Affairs to coordinate with the Japanese government for any possible assistance the Philippines could extend to the victims of Super Typhoon Hagibis.
