Pres. Rodrigo Duterte received several members of the Communist Party of China in Malacañang last night. Among the Chinese officials who visited the Palace were Chongqing Party Chief Chen Min’er, dubbed as the rising political star of the party. He being Pres. Xin Jinping’s protege. The visitors were also accomodated by Ambassador Zhao Jianhua.
