Singapore’s first female President Halimah Yacob arrived Sunday night with her husband for a 5-day state visit. Part of the lady President’s itinerary for Monday was a wreath-laying ceremony at the Rizal Monument earlier today. She was joined by Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso.
