Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque on PRRD’s statement regarding the issue of the national budget

The President has already spoken tonight, October 8, on the issue of the national budget.

As my standard practice, I will not annotate the remarks of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

The official transcript of PRRD’s public address willl be released to the members of the Malacañang Press Corps as soon as it becomes available.
