Proposed 2020 national budget up for plenary deliberations

No pork, no parked funds, no delays. This is how House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano sees the end result of a progressive and responsive budget for the year 2020. The proposed Php4.1 trillion-budget under House Bill 4228 will be moved to the plenary of the Lower House of Congress for deliberations tomorrow and solons are bent on beating the set deadline before recess on October 4.
