Pres. Rodrigo Duterte inaugurated the new Bataan provincial capitol called “The Bunker” in Balanga City. In line with the Administration’s aim of doing business with ease, this PhP1.3 billion one-stop-shop houses provincial government units and 14 national government offices to serve citizens more efficiently and help generate new businesses that will contribute to the growing economy.
