President Rodrigo R. Duterte signed Administrative Order no. 37 granting one-time Service Recognition Incentives (SRI) worth ₱10,000.
Under AO No. 37, civilian personnel in national government agencies, state universities and colleges (SUCs), government owner or controlled corporations (GOCC), and other agencies under the executive branch with regular, contractual, and casual positions are included in the incentive.
However, the employee must have rendered service for at least 4 months in government by November 30, 2020. If a personnel is new to the service, the SRI given will be pro-rated.
Meanwhile, individuals engaged for a limited period, personnel under job order and contract of service will not receive the SRI. – Report from Mela Lesmoras
