PRRD will consider PNP, PMA recommendation on hazing

Pres. Rodrigo Duterte has admitted that the battle against hazing in the country will not be easy unless fraternities would be banned and the act of joining fraternities would be considered a criminal offense. These moves, however, would raise constitutional issues. He adds that he will decide based on the recommendation of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Philippine Military Academy (PMA) on the matter.
