The Presidential Security Group (PSG) will provide a “360-degree security” for President Rodrigo R. Duterte during his 5th State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasan Pambansa on July 27.
According to PSG Chief Colonel Jesus Durante III, they will protect the President against “untoward incidents” and the threat of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The PSG will augment security for health in accordance with the guidelines of the PCG Task Force COVID-19.
PSG Chief Colonel Jesus Durante III stated that all preparations have been made for a peaceful, proper and COVID-free SONA.
