Public transpo protocols para sa pagpapatupad ng ECQ, inilabas

Narito ang Public Transportation Operations Protocol na ipapatupad ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) at Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) sa National Capital Region (NCR) na sasailalim sa Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) simula ika-6 hanggang ika-20 ng Agosto 2021, alinsunod ito sa Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) Resolution No. 130-A Series of 2021 na naglalayong mapigilan ang pagkalat ng Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Sa pagpapatupad ng ECQ sa NCR, tanging mga Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) na merong valid ID lamang ang papayagang makasakay sa mga Public Utility Vehicles (PUV).

Ang mga sumusunod ang tanging papayagan para sa essential travel:

  1. Health and emergency frontline services at uniformed personnel;
  2. Opisyal at empleyado ng gobyerno na merong official travel;
  3. Duly-authorized relief at humanitarian assistance actors;
  4. Indibiduwal na bumibiyahe para sa dahilang medical o humanitarian;
  5. Indibiduwal na mula at papuntang airport;
  6. Indibiduwal na tatawid sa crossing zones para magtrabaho sa permitted industries;
  7. Public utility vehicle operators, drivers, conductors at essential personnel;
  8. Indibiduwal na merong schedule para COVID-19 Vaccination;
  9. Construction workers na accredited ng DOTr upang magtrabaho para sa quarantine related facilities at government infrastructure projects;
  10. At iba pa indibiduwal na pinahihintulutan ng IATF (Tignan ang Annex A para sa comprehensive list ng APORs).

Istriktong ipatutupad ang maximum allowable capacity with additional restrictions sa bawat uri ng PUV, pagkakaroon ng non-permeable transparent barriers, seat markings kung saan maaaring umupo ang pasahero, one seat apart na agwat sa bawat pasahero, at pagbabawal sa mga standing passengers.

Bukod diyan ay istriktong oobserbahan ang pagsunod sa sanitary measures sa loob ng mga pampublikong sasakyan para maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19.

Upang matiyak ang pagsunod sa mga alituntunin ng DOTr at LTFRB, magsasagawa ang LTFRB, Land Transportation Office (LTO), Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) at IATF authorized personnel ng daily random inspections sa mga PUV operations, offices, terminals at depots.

Ang sinumang drayber o operator na mahuli na lalabag sa mga alituntunin ng LTFRB ay papatawan ng kaukulang parusa, katulad ng pagmumulta at pagkatanggal ng kanilang CPC o PA. (DOTr) -rir
