Rains over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao due to ITCZ

MANILA — An inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ) continues to affect Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday.

In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said these areas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by ITCZ.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms usually in the afternoon or evening.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 25-35 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-24 degrees Celsius; Angeles City 24-22 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 24-32 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-31 degrees Celsius; Metro Davao 24-32 degrees Celsius. (Lily Ramos/PNA)
